Kde 4.3.4 ya esta disponible. Cita de kde.org:
..."On 1st December 2009, KDE SC 4.3.4 was released. 4.3.4 provides bugfix and translation updates and is a recommended update for everybody running 4.3.3 or earlier versions"...
